We seem to be contractually obligated to remind ourselves that we call this day “Good Friday.” It is, after all, a horrible and wretched day when our Lord and Savior was heinously murdered by jealous and wicked men. Yet, for all that, it IS indeed good. His death has granted us life, freedom, redemption, and all things good. There are a number of ways to show that Jesus’ work is good, and today we hope to show through Hebrews why Jesus’ blood, his life and death, is better than all of the sacrifices and high priestly work of the OT.
