Small Groups Begin October 7

Next Sunday evening, we will begin meeting in our small groups. Remember that everyone who is a member, or married to a member, has been given a space in a small group. This doesn’t mean that non-members are excluded from these groups. Any regular attender who desires to be a part of a small should contact me to be placed in a group.

Let me remind you that the purpose of our small groups is to 1) help us grow closer together in community as the body of Christ; 2) help encourage, comfort, and correct each other through gospel-driven relationships; and 3) provide an informal, non-threatening environment for inviting lost people into the church.

I want to encourage all of you to take seriously the opportunity small groups will provide us to grow in godliness. More than that though, I want you to consider how much you will enjoy these groups! As the relationships grow and deepen, I believe our small groups could very well be the most looked-forward-to event of the week.
